Boldly trauma-conscious and survivor-led theatre and participation arts for social change.
Response Ability Theatre is proud to be supporting
Old Diorama Arts Centre
in the first year of its
One Roof
year-round programme of arts courses
for people with lived experience of homelessness.

During autumn of 2025, Old Diorama Arts Centre has been working with Camden Council as part of their wider work on housing with the Euston Housing Delivery Group, set up by the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government, to help deliver new homes in the Euston area.
The Council wanted ODAC to gather local opinions on 3 main topics: what makes a good home; what makes a good neighbourhood; how can we work together in partnership?
Focusing on the third of these questions, One Roof is proud to present its contribution to the findings in the form of an interactive storytelling experience.

Working together in partnership is about more than putting in your two cents while others are putting in theirs. It's about being able to imagine the experience of a situation from another person's perspective: see what they see, hear what they hear, need what they need.

A handful of pre-selected audience members will take on different characters to become a committee deciding how to approach some key homelessness-related issues in Camden. You will all then see a snapshot of what result those choices might bring.
Expect poetry, visual art, drama, and doubtless fascinating conversations.
With thanks to The Linbury Trust, Arts Council England National Lottery Good Causes, The Tedworth Charitable Trust and ODAC's other generous donors.
