One Roof Festival 2026:
19-30 January

Old Diorama Arts Centre's first One Roof Festival (then called One Fest) was 10 years ago, in 2016, pioneered by Camden local artist David Tovey, and it has gone from strength to strength since then.

2026's festival still had everything that those who have been coming for years already knew and loved: the open studio, the food, the space and time to connect with each other, the wide range of creative workshops delivered by artists with lived experience of homelessness, the exhibition in ODAC’s foyer at the end of it all.

In addition, there were more theatre- and storytelling-related sessions than ever before, and more opportunities for multi-artform collaborations - including a Project Space, dedicated to an open format research and development process exploring two themes: "unspoken" and "unknown". Because of requests from the community, we also mixed the arts workshops with mental health and wellbeing-related sessions.
